Is losing weight difficult!?

Fortunately, I have a gift which my body is not gain weight easiry. And I have heard that many people who live in another country can easily gain weight because of their eating habit. But this does not apply on me because although I am living another country, I eat Japanese food almost all day. I can buy Japanese food and I try to cook myself.

However, I have a problem. I cook too much and I eat everything. It means I got some weight. I can't look at my stomach. It looks like it is not mine. So, I decided to exercise twice a week. I joined masters swimming team. Every time I would swim about 4,000 yards (3,800m). When I first started to swim, I couldn't swim well and I felt like my body was not mine. My feeling and my movement were totally different. But as time goes by, I can handle all of the swimming exercises as planned.

In my opinion, our body is like a balance. We can only do things like deposit and withdraw, eat and use energy (Elimination is also an output). I guess it is easy to think about it as our body weight. Fat is the balance. If you want to lose weight, you should withdraw a lot of amount. Of course we have to think about our basal metabolism and it also depends on person, we can get energy only from eating. If we want to lose our weight, we have two choices. Don't eat too much or exercise a lot. That's why I choose to exercise and I go to the pool twice a week.

Recently I can recognize my changing. I wnat to eat more. Many times I feel so hungry and I eat more than before. Oh! I deposit a lot more than before! What's going to happen to my balance? Do I need more exercise?

動けば動くほど、おなかが減るよね~。

一番効くのは、ある一定時刻より遅く食べないってやつ。8時以降食べないだけでも違うってよ。

後は、動いた後にカロリーがなくておなかにたまるものを食べるか。どう?

やっぱ選手並みに運動しないとすぐ痩せないね。
昔はできたけど、今は無理だな・・・

自分の身体のように動かせていたのは
いつごろだったでしょうか?
思い出すのも困難になりつつあります。
悲しいかな、現状が自分だと思うように
なってきました。

ご飯と運動。
どっちだかな~と思います。
選手並の運動が出来なければ、やっぱり
ご飯を考えるしかないんでしょうか。
でもご飯も楽しみなもので大事に
したいですね。

だから運動始めたのですが・・・

丁度昨日美味いメキシコ料理屋を見つけて、今日行ってきたところ。
ブリトーをto go したんだけど、
激うまでした。
サイズがでかいんだけど、
食べちゃうんだよなー
だから運動だね。

週一で通っちゃおうかなーってくらい。
